Sushi Cake for Jacob's 18th

Chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream, coated in a white chocolate ganache. Sushi-loving Jacob had no idea what he would get for his 18th birthday. I was asked to make a sushi lover's cake, and this was the finished product. Even I was happy with how it turned out, and Jacob loved it. Everything was edible.
