Police Helmet

I have known Dan since he was a baby. I was asked to make a special cake; well, two cakes for two events. The stab jacket was made for one event, and the police helmet was taken to the station where Dan worked so he could share it with his police colleagues.

Another challenge, but again it turned out great. I was so happy with the finished result and had lots of compliments.

I basically have no idea what I will be asked to make or attempt, but whatever it is, I put my time and patience into every cake I make. Making cakes and decorations is therapeutic: after a busy day at work, I find this helps me relax.
