Nan's 100th Birthday Cakes

Nan loves lemon cake, so as there were three cakes I made lemon with zesty lemon curd and white chocolate ganache, a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, and vanilla with raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache. The frame is edible, with an edible print of Nan when she was in her late teens, and the flowers are all handmade with love.
